Winemaker’s Notes

Careful selection of the grapes with maceration at a controlled temperature of 28°C for 12 days in
stainless steel tanks. Malolactic fermentation in stainless steel followed by maturation in stainless steel for 6 months. Bottling with very wide filtration and then refinement in the bottle for at least 3 months

Tasting notes

Ruby red in colour with violet reflections, it is a fruity, juicy medium body wine with aromas of cherries and violets and a hint of tobacco.

Serving Suggestion

Tart cherries flavours and medium tannins make this a great pairing for cured meats and parmesan cheese, as well as pasta with Bolognese sauce
