Winemaker’s Notes

A blend of Sauvignon Blanc, Muscadelle and Semillon, the grapes are fermented in stainless steel and aged in oak. Made to enjoy now but can be aged up to 2 years.

Tasting notes

​

Easy to drink crisp and fruity medium bodied wine. On the nose there is peach and grapefruit with some floral notes. Flavours mirror those on the nose and it has a nice finish.

Serving Suggestion

​

Perfect enjoying on the patio with light appetizers or summer salads, and also with pork or poultry dishes.
