Winemaker’s Notes

Chúcaro represents wines with great intensity of colour and fresh fruit-filled youth. Grapes selected and harvested by hand early in the day to retain aromas. Cold maceration was performed for 2 hours in the press. Fermentation was in stainless steel at temperatures between 14º - 16º C with selected yeasts.

Tasting notes

Bright yellow colour. Intense aromas with notes of ripe exotic fruit. On the palate, this wine is
soft, fresh, fruity with good balance.

Smooth lingering finish. Serving Suggestion Enjoy with shellfish or halibut, poultry or risotto.
