Tasting notes

​

Bright and pale yellow colour with notes of yellow apple, pear and lemon and some floral. It is a medium bodied and fruity wine with flavours of tart pear and apples, lemon cake and honey. Good structure and nice minerality.

Serving Suggestion

​

Enjoy with seared scallops and risotto, shrimp or crab, chicken liver pate or vegetable terrines.
