Winemaker’s Notes

Grapes are from 35 year old vines. Total destemming and long fermentation of the grapes. Daily pumping over are made during the wine making process. The temperature is kept on control all the time to allow the wine to get soft with round tannins.

Tasting notes

​

Beautiful garnet red wine has notes of red berries, black currants and gooseberry. It is a lovely dry wine with flavours of black currant jam and with some earthy notes.

Serving Suggestion

Good acidity and silky tannins make this a good pairing with grilled meats, BBQ duck or pork.
