Intense ruby red with a purple hue, this Cabernet Franc is easy to enjoy and a lovely reflection of its terroir.

Tasting notes

Notes of cherry, blueberry, green pepper and fresh cut hay with a touch of spice. The wine is nicely balanced and has black cherry, leather and earthy flavours.

Serving Suggestion

Enjoy it young with pork, chicken or grilled mushrooms and aged will pair with game meats and mature cheeses.
