Winemaker’s Notes

Handpicked grapes. Using the traditional method (champenoise), a second fermentation takes place inside the bottle, before the cava is aged for 12 months in the cellar.

Tasting notes

The Colour is pale yellow with a constant stream of tiny delicate bubbles. On the nose citrus, peach
and tropical fruits, banana and coconut.

Serving Suggestion

On the palate, it is fresh and crisp, lemony with a creamy mousse and nutty notes with a hint of peach. Perfect wine partner for oysters, shellfish or tapas or wait until after the meal and serve with fresh fruit and cream or a cheese plate. Serve at 4°C-8°C
