Hand Harvested during the first week of April from selected vineyards that are aged for one year in French and American oak barrels.

Tasting notes

​

Light toasty notes alongside, yellow apple, pineapple, lemon and beeswax. On the palate there is lemon, pear and apple and honey.

Serving Suggestion

​

This medium bodied wine is perfectly balanced and has a fresh finish making it a great pairing with crab dip, pork and poultry dishes.
