Winemaker’s Notes

Savouring the Grand Rosé Brut is like taking a bite out of a delicious piece of fruit. We attain this sensation through our selection of old Pinot Noir vines, a partial saignée to preserve the fruit’s aromatic potential, and assembly with Chardonnay grapes.

Tasting notes

​

The color is raspberry pink, with light salmon reflections. Nice persistent mousse with fine
bubbles. The first nose reveals notes of citrus (grapefruit, lemon). When stirred, notes of red fruits
emerge: fresh, raspberry, but especially cherry. In the mouth, our taste buds discover a nice
impression of biting into the morello cherry. The attack is beautiful, with remarkable finesse and
extraordinary length in the mouth. A very fresh and fruity cuvée.

Serving Suggestion

Enjoy as an aperitif, with seafood or pate. The rose is also a great pairing with dessert such as chocolate or strawberries and cream
