Winemaker’s Notes

The grapes are hand harvested in wooden boxes during the last week of March and are bottled during the year of production, without contact with wood.

Tasting notes

​

Deep red with purple tones, this Malbec is well balanced with firm tannins. Notes of black fruit,
and fresh herbs and leather. On the palate it is blackberry forward and fruity with plum and
spices and a slight earthiness.

Serving Suggestion

​

It has a nice long finish and will pair with grilled meats such as beef and lamb.
