The grapes are hand harvested in the first week of March from selected vineyards that are aged for one year in French and American oak barrels.

Tasting notes

​

Ruby red with violet tones this Pinot Noir is light and fruity with aromas and flavours of cherry,
strawberry and a hint of spice and vanilla. Light acidity with tannins that are still young and
fresh, this is drinable now through 2028.

Serving Suggestion

​

A typical Pinot, it will pair well with duck, poultry or
salmon.
