Bright pale yellow colour with green reflections this wine has aromas of boxwood flowers and exotic fruits (lychees, passion fruit, etc.) It is a delicate wine with good mouthfeel and a lengthy fjnish. It combines the richness of a ripe Sauvignon with the liveliness of the fresh terroir from which it comes.
The wine’s moderate acidity makes it a great pairing for appetizers like smoked salmon or shrimp. It will also pair nicely with Japanese Cuisine.
