Manual harvest with 10 days of maceration in contact with the skins and soft wetting at a controlled temperature in steel tanks. Aged in steel for 3 months.
Ruby red in color, with an intense aroma and notes of red fruits, the palate the flavours of cherries and red currant shine through.
Easy to drink on its own or enjoy with pizza, pasta,
risotto and cold cured meats.
