Grapes were handharvested and whole cluster pressed. Barrel and partial malolactic fermentation in 20% new French oak. Aged for 16 months.

Tasting notes

Light golden yellow with aromas of toasted lemon and grapefruit, lemon curd, white flowers and
minerals.

Serving Suggestion

​

This medium bodied wine is fresh and complex on the palate and it’s strong lemon flavour profile makes it a great pairing for all types of seafood such as fried calamari or grilled halibut and Greek cuisine.
