The grapes are hand Harvested during the first week of May and bottled in the year of production with no contact with oak.

Tasting notes

​

Light straw colour with beautiful notes of lemon, pears and peaches with white flowers. The
wine is light and refreshing with citrus and peach flavours. Perfect as an aperitif or for a picnic.
