Slow maturity in September, harvest from September 18 to 30 Separate vinification of each grape variety under temperature control 30-day maceration Storage in concrete vats.

Tasting notes

With a beautiful dark garnet colour this wine has explosive aromas of pomegranate and redcurrant; red fruits dominate the floral scents of violet and notes of white pepper. On the palate it remains faithful to the nose.

Serving Suggestion

Pairs well with a simple meat sauce or with grilled steak and duck.
