unnamed.jpg

Winemaker’s Notes

This Brut is the fruit of the oldest vineyards (35-40 years old) in Santo Stefano. The harvest takes place from middle of September to middle of October and the grapes are soft pressed followed by a controlled temperature fermentation of the juice. Foaming happens through Charmat Method, the secondary fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at a controlled pressure and temperature.

Tasting notes

Beautiful straw yellow with notes of citrus and fresh garden vegetables and fresh-baked bread, the wine has a vibrant crispness in the mouth. The delicate pin-point bubbles produces a clean palate and long finish.
